Job Summary
Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by utilizing nursing skills to develop meaningful relationships with their life stories. Conduct thorough assessments, accurately document changes in resident condition, and manage medications proficiently. Create a comforting atmosphere while collaborating with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care. Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence to residents, families, and staff. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
