Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition while managing medications for seniors at Seymour Crossing. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by creating a comforting atmosphere and developing meaningful relationships through life stories. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating leadership and teamwork to exceed resident needs. Requires a current Indiana LPN license, proficient medication management skills, and strong geriatric nursing passion. Full-time and part-time weekend and evening shifts available with competitive hourly pay ranging from $29 to $32.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
