Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Weekend Hours (12 PM-8 PM)

Job Summary
Weekend LPN providing direct patient care in clients' homes on 12 PM-8 PM shifts. Assist RN/physician with specialized procedures, prepare equipment and materials, observe aseptic technique, and help patients learn self-care. Coordinate home health services by reporting needs to the registered nurse or Clinical Supervisor; educate families and caregivers per the plan of care; document accurately and timely. Requires active LPN license, 1+ year experience, CPR and PPD certifications, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and ability to work in clients’ homes (including with pets). Required Qualifications
- LPN license in United States
- 1+ year experience as an LPN
- CPR Certification
- PPD Certification
