Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Weekday Evenings

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while performing patient assessments and monitoring ongoing medical needs. Respond to urgent and emergent healthcare situations, document care accurately, and maintain medical records. Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members to promote a safe, professional, and patient-focused care environment. This full-time evening shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM at the Houston County Jail in Georgia.
