Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed in Port Jefferson Station, NY for Skiled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care Unit. Provide care for residents including medication administration (IVs), taking and recording vital signs, resident care and treatments with outcome monitoring, resident and family education, and communication with physicians, NPs, and other health care professionals.
