Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing for pediatric and adult patients in Warsaw, IN. Responsibilities include head-to-toe assessments, G-tube feedings, trach/vent care, medication administration, wound care, patient and caregiver education on disease management and emergency procedures, and collaboration with physicians and therapists. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency/state requirements; uphold safety, infection control, and privacy standards. Flexible shift options (4–12 hours) with daytime/evening/weekend availability; opportunities for consistent long-term cases. Requires active Indiana or compact LPN license and CPR certification; 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred; experience with G-tube, trach, or vent care is a plus. Required Qualifications
