Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Walkerton (Weekly Pay)

Provide in-home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care to pediatric and adult patients in Walkerton, IN, including comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, G-tube feedings, trach and ventilator care, medication administration, wound care, and education for patients and caregivers. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members, document all care activities accurately, and maintain rigorous safety, infection control, and privacy standards. Offer flexible scheduling with 4–12 hour shifts, opportunities for long-term or variable cases, and a mission-driven environment.
