Job Summary
Provide resident care, assist in supervising the medication program, and support staff in completing resident assessments and services plans. Maintain positive relations with families and physicians while reporting significant incidents to the Executive Director. Assist with scheduling caregivers, train new staff, and participate in scheduled in-service programs and meetings. Work flexible hours including weekends to meet community demands.
Required Qualifications
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed to practice as required by State Regulations.
- Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions.
- CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid.
- Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure
- Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.
- Weekends required
