Job Summary
Greet patients, prepare them for examinations, and record health histories while noting abnormal conditions for physicians. Administer prescribed medications, give injections, and assist with treatments and physical exams as directed by providers. Collect and document lab specimens, obtain test results, and notify patients of follow-up appointments. Screen telephone calls to triage patients, manage medication inventory, and maintain accurate patient charts and equipment logs. Ensure infection control protocols are followed during waste disposal and room cleaning.
Required Qualifications
- A degree from an accredited school of nursing
- AR State or Compact LPN or RN License
- BLS Certification
- Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule
- 12-hour weekday shifts
- Every-other weekend
