Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in urgent care providing triage, patient exams, IV placement, spirometry and other point-of-care testing, ECGs, wound care, immunizations, and medication administration, with EMR documentation and collaboration within the clinical team. Responsibilities include patient care & triage, assisting providers during testing/procedures, instrument sterilization, maintaining a stocked, sterile workspace, and supporting training of new team members. Must meet 12-hour shift availability, with flexibility to travel to multiple local ConvenientMD locations within a 1-hour radius; position requires MA/NH licensure with IV certification where applicable and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- State licensed practical nurse (LPN)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- IV placement experience (ME/NH: IV certified)
- Ability to travel to multiple ConvenientMD locations within 1 hour
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays
