Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care delivery while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and directing nursing activities during assigned shifts. Include staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel while collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Requires an active, good-standing LPN license in the state of practice; prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred. Required Qualifications
