Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and directing nursing staff assignments during assigned shifts. Mentor nursing personnel, educate staff, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals. Requires an active, good-standing LPN license and prior LTC/SNF experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
