Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care delivery while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and directing nursing activities during assigned shifts. Include staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel while collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals. This role is a full-time day position with 8-hour shifts at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care Center.
Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
