Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and directing nursing activities during assigned shifts. Include staff assignments, mentoring nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and medical professionals. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Requires an active, good-standing LPN license in the state of practice, with prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred. Monday and Thursday part-time night hours available. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
