Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN

Ensure efficient and effective nursing care delivery while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and directing nursing assignments during shifts. Mentor and educate nursing personnel while collaborating with physicians and medical professionals. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Requires an active, good-standing LPN license in the state of practice; prior LTC/SNF experience preferred. Part-time hours available.
