Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN

Ensure efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and directing nursing care during assigned shifts. Include staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel, while collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires an active, in good standing LPN license with prior LTC/SNF experience preferred.
