Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care delivery while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act, directing nursing care during assigned shifts. Manage staff assignments, mentor nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and medical professionals. Requires an active, good-standing LPN license in the state of practice, with prior experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred. Full-time and PRN positions available at Mission Chateau Senior Living Community with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and 12-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a AL/MC setting preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
