Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering patient care under the direction of the Physician, collaborating with healthcare team members to meet patient needs. Key responsibilities include implementing nursing care plans, preparing and assessing patients, observing and recording patient responses, and assisting with procedures. Required qualifications include an active LPN license, BLS certification, and preferably one year of clinical experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure or LPN applicant
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- One year of clinical patient care experience (preferred)

- Ability to learn and use a computer-based patient appointment scheduling and registration system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team
- Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills
