Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Visit residents on assigned units daily to evaluate their physical and emotional status, notifying the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing of any condition changes. Identify resident problems and emergency situations to initiate immediate lifesaving measures when a physician is absent. Provide holistic care within your LPN license scope while assisting with medication, medical supply, and equipment inventory. Complete administrative duties including medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals per facility policy. Maintain a current, valid state LPN license and CPR certification. Located in Hanover, IN, with weekly pay and quarterly increases.
