Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings under registered nurse oversight. Manage tracheostomy and ventilator support while maintaining strict adherence to CDC safety guidelines and providing PPE. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure and current BLS CPR certification, including required TB testing and Alzheimer's training. Submit weekly care plans and coordinate with clinical leadership for continuous support.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video
