Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care in alignment with CDC safety guidelines while utilizing provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain clear plans of care under RN oversight and utilize the Employee Portal to request shifts that fit your schedule and preferences. This role offers a $2000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, paid time off, and weekly pay. You will also receive CEU credits, training opportunities, and a preceptor program. Current, active Florida LPN license, BLS CPR card, and TB testing are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
