Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; medication requisitions and administration; delivering nursing care to patients requiring long-term or rehabilitative care. Collect patient data, make observations, and report abnormal condition changes to proper personnel per center policy. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes while following infection control, emergency, and facility policies. Work under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and nursing judgment. Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements, equipment setup and maintenance, and confidentiality regarding resident information. Requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening, LPN licensure, and CPR certification. Two years prior nursing experience preferred. Located in Ocala, FL.
