Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide direct care for patients, managing conditions including vital signs, lab work, and education under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and various hospital disciplines to manage patient outcomes across the continuum of care and contribute to the safe operation of the nursing unit. Interact and communicate with patient family members throughout the 25-30 day average length of stay. Requires an active Georgia LPN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and acute care or LTAC experience.

- Active and unrestricted Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Hospital experience
