Job Summary
Provide nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Queensbury, NY. Responsibilities include collecting admission information from new Residents, recording health details and vitals, administering medications and injections, treating wounds, and assisting with personal care. May supervise CNAs, help Residents with dressing and daily activities, and monitor food and liquid intake/output. Requires a valid LPN license and good standing with the State Registry; operates as part of a collaborative care team. Flexible schedules are available including Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem; benefits include tuition reimbursement, insurance, and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN State license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
- Ability to work as a team member
- Experience in administering medications and injections
- Wound care/ dressing
