Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides resident care and supports the Wellness Director in assisted living/memory care communities. Responsibilities include supervising the medication program and medication-room activities, assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, maintaining positive relations with residents/families/physicians, reporting significant changes to leadership, assisting with assessments and service plans, participating in staff training and orientation, aiding in scheduling and staffing of Caregivers, attending in-service programs and staff meetings, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires LPN licensure, CPR, state-required training, flexibility in hours, and weekend availability.
