Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide nursing care for residents, document conditions, and implement physicians’ orders. Coordinate nursing care with therapy and other departments; assign nursing tasks to team members including CNAs; supervise, direct, and evaluate junior staff; administer medications and treatments in compliance with Regency, state, and federal regulations; participate in orientation and training; ensure safe and economical use of supplies and equipment; respond to emergencies and support counseling and disciplinary actions as permitted by state practice acts; maintain resident confidentiality and foster staff morale and collaboration.
