Job Summary
Provide nursing care to residents on the unit, supervise the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants and other team members, administer safe and accurate medication interventions, assess residents' health and notify physicians as needed, develop and implement a plan of care based on assessments, select appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions or prevent complications, contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and care-plan development, and deliver high-quality care in a flexible, 3rd-shift schedule.
