Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants while monitoring resident conditions and notifying physicians of changes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care for elderly residents. Work day or evening shifts (7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) with every other weekend required, or flexible 8-hour PRN shifts. Requires a current NC LPN license, one year of long-term care experience, and CPR certification.
