Job Summary
Collect required admission information from new residents, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants. Requires a valid LPN State license in good standing with the State Registry and the ability to work as a team member. Base rate is $33.54 with a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay. Located at Holliswood Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Hollis, NY.
