Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Maintain a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license. This role requires at least one year of working experience as an LPN/LVN, including at least six months in a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidates must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program. Full-time or per diem contract options are available, with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Wages range from $37 to $43 per hour based on status, community, and shift.
