Job Summary

Provide direct or indirect professional nursing services for crisis services, including assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, health education, case management, and execution of medical regimes such as administering medications. Deliver care to high-risk individuals within a trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and recovery-oriented framework. This full-time role involves four 10-hour shifts with rotating days, including evening and night coverage. The position requires a valid Oklahoma LPN license and 1-2 years of experience depending on level. Applicants must pass a physical exam and drug test.

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
  • Two years of practical nursing experience
  • One year of practical nursing experience
  • Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds
  • Submit to a physical examination
  • Submit to urinalysis to test for drugs
  • Negative drug test result
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to work 24 hours, 7 days per week coverage
