Job Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care to elderly and rehabilitative residents in a skilled nursing facility on an ongoing agency-long-term assignment. Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow care plans; monitor resident conditions and document observations. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff for cohesive patient care while maintaining infection-control and safety protocols. Schedule includes full-time or part-time with every other weekend required; LPN license in New York required; agency position with consistent hours and OT opportunities.
Required Qualifications
