Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document resident health status, and assist with activities of daily living to ensure comfort and safety. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans while maintaining accurate resident records. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. All shifts required, including every other weekend. Valid New York LPN license and strong communication skills needed. Consistent agency assignment with weekly pay and overtime benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of New York
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to various situations and prioritize effectively
- Must be available for ALL shifts
- Must be available for every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing home or long-term care setting preferred
