Job Summary
Provide patient care as an LPN in a 196-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager and physician’s plan of treatment. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care, monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of VA.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
