Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing nursing care in an Assisted Living & Memory Care community. Responsible for supervising nursing staff (HHAs, CNAs), performing daily rounds of residents, administering medications per doctor’s orders, coordinating with the Director of Wellness/Executive Director, ensuring proper documentation (nurse notes, kardex), maintaining the nurse’s station and med room, orienting new staff, and supporting care for both assisted living and independent residents. Requires lifting/pushing/pulling up to 60 lbs, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to medical conditions promptly. CPR certification (or obtained within 90 days) is required or anticipated, with potential display of image in social media or advertising.
