Job Summary
Conduct admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; manage medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; administer medications while adhering to infection control, emergency, and center policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes and identify abnormal changes in residents' conditions for reporting. Requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening, CPR certification, and LPN licensure. Two years prior nursing experience preferred. Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling, shift differentials, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- Must have flexibility and be available every other weekend and holidays
- This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
