Job Summary
Full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed at Solaris HealthCare Lake City, FL. Responsibilities include admissions, discharge and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; adherence to infection-control and center policies; collaboration with resident’s interdisciplinary team; identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition. Qualifications include a Florida LPN license and CPR, with two years of prior nursing experience preferred.
