Job Summary
Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; and following infection control, emergency, and other center policies. Collaborate with the resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes and identify/report all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy. Full and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling, including PRN nights, evenings, and weekends. Requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening, LPN licensure, CPR certification, and two years of prior nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
