Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - provide care to residents including admissions, discharge, and transfers; administer medications in collaboration with pharmacy and physicians; adhere to infection control and center policies; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes; identify and report abnormal changes in residents' condition per policy; Florida LPN license required with CPR certification; two years of nursing experience preferred; full-time or part-time positions available with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.
