Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Solaris HealthCare Plant City providing care to residents. Responsibilities include Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; Medication administration; adhering to infection control, emergency, and center policies; collaborating with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes; identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Qualifications include an active LPN license in Florida and CPR certification. A background screening through the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse is required. Required Qualifications
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
