Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities include admissions, discharge and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; adherence to infection control and center policies; collaboration with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes; identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Requires active LPN license in Florida and CPR certification; two years of nursing experience preferred. Full-time and part-time positions available with benefits and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
