Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Solaris HealthCare Apopka in Altamonte Springs, FL. Responsibilities include admissions, discharge and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; adherence to infection control and center policies; collaboration with the resident’s interdisciplinary team; and identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Requires Florida LPN licensure and CPR certification; two years of nursing experience preferred.
