Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed at Solaris HealthCare Apopka to provide resident-focused care. Responsibilities include Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; adherence to infection control and center policies; collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes; and identification/reporting of abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Requires LPN licensure in Florida and CPR certification; Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening is required. Two years of prior nursing experience is preferred. Locations include Altamonte Springs, FL and Apopka, FL. Full-time and part-time positions available with shift differentials.
