Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Solaris HealthCare Apopka. Responsibilities include Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; Medication administration; following infection control, emergency, and center policies; collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes; identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Requires LPN licensure in Florida and CPR certification; two years of nursing experience preferred. Full-time and part-time positions available with shift differentials.
