Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, perform assessments, and monitor residents for changes in condition. Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants while completing accurate documentation to maintain compliance with nursing standards. Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for residents' needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
