Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal, State, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Complete acute and long-term care plans, conduct admission assessments, and manage clinical system tracking for wounds or infection control. Notify physicians and family members of health changes while providing general consultation on community health concerns. Respond quickly to emergencies, maintain close communication across departments, and deliver educational meetings for residents and staff. Adhere to the Safety & Disaster Plan, ensure resident confidentiality, and document discharges as needed. Requires a current LPN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year of senior care experience. Hourly rate $36.00 to $38.00.
