Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

Provide care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care, administering medications and treatments while performing resident assessments. Participate in daily resident rounding and assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies. Requires active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure, active CPR certification, and one year of experience in a Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting. Work 12-hour shifts, including full-time night, PRN, rotating weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $25 to $28 per hour plus additional differentials.
