Job Summary
Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal, State, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Complete acute and long-term care plans, admission assessments, and clinical documentation, including tracking wounds or infection control under director direction. Respond quickly to emergencies, notify physicians or family of health changes, and provide general health consultation within the community. Maintain confidentiality, communicate across departments, and lead educational meetings for residents and staff. Understand the Safety & Disaster Plan and work as part of a team handling multiple tasks under pressure. Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse license, CPR certification, and 1+ years of senior care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse's License current in the state in which they are practicing
- CPR Certified
- 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field
- Acceptable proficiency in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations in a calm and professional manner
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

- Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing program
