Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Sign On Bonus!!!

Provide direct resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care setting, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities include documenting accurately, developing and updating resident care plans, supervising nursing assistants and other care staff, promoting resident dignity and independence, ensuring compliance with state/federal/facility regulations, and participating in admissions, transfers, and discharge processes. Respond to emergencies and resident needs. Qualifications include a current LPN license in good standing; CPR certification preferred. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills are essential, with a commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
