Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, BLS CPR certification, and a driver's license, with experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
